The tradition of breeding, baking and serving goose specialties was started in the Zápražný family by the owner's grandmother, Mrs. Alžbeta Zápražná, after the Second World War. The conditions for breeding geese were favorable in Slovensky Grob. There was no shortage of water, meadows for grazing and growing corn, which is the main ingredient for feeding geese. There was a great benefit from the geese, nothing went to waste. Lard, roast, crumbs, feathers - everything was used. Come and enjoy the goose, it's juicy and crispy just like it used to be when grandma Betka, as they call her in the Zápražný family, prepared it.
