ViaJur vineyard and winery is the continuation of an exceptional historical story, an important part of which is the Pálffy Manor in St. Jura. It is in this noble place that winegrowers and winemakers have been making wine since the 15th century.
The winery itself is located in the historic cellars of Kaštieľ Pálffy. They continued the tradition of wine production with modern grape processing technologies, but while preserving time-proven wine production practices. They approach the processing of the product of the winegrowers' work - the grapes - with respect. Through its careful processing, they try to transfer everything: the sun, the terroir and the most natural flavors from the grape berries directly into the wine.
