The fourth generation of the Jajcay family will take care of your unusual culinary experience at Pivnica u zlatá husi. The crispy goose delicacy was prepared and the family recipe was kept by the grandmother and the mother of today's housewife, who in turn passes the scepter to her children. Acclaimed chef and restaurant owner Anna Jajcayová prepares goose specialties according to traditional recipes that have been passed down in her family for generations. She has received many awards and recognitions for her culinary art. It regularly represents Slovak cuisine at international food festivals and competitions.
