Husacina and pension Karolína
Karolína is a guesthouse with a stylish restaurant where you can enjoy crispy goose and delicious goose liver all year round. They are prepared according to a special recipe inherited by the fourth generation of the Jajcay family in Slovensky Grob. Close your eyes and imagine the fragrant goose roasted until golden, buttery potato lox, stewed red cabbage, hmm...but before that, spread a tender, salty jelly-covered goose liver on freshly baked grave bread. We recommend that you choose from more than 500 types of wine in the unique wine cellar of Miroslav Jajcay for the goose feast.
