The Šimák Pezinok Castle and the Castle Winery invite you to a traditional burčiak and delicious castle wines. The 800-year-old cellars will be open, and you can learn about the history of the castle during a tour of the castle. You can also look forward to traditional craft stalls, a program for children, merry-go-rounds in front of the castle, face painting, live music, good food, a great atmosphere and a valuable raffle.
In Zámocká viecha you can also find traditional dishes that cannot be missed at the vintage. The menu includes duck leg with homemade lox and cabbage, grilled duck liver or homemade strudel.
