Šimák Pezinok Castle invites you to the traditional Castle Slayer, which will take place on February 11, 2023, Saturday in the castle courtyard from 11:00 a.m.
You can look forward to traditional home-made meat products from pigs, such as livers, blood sausages, cracklings, braised pork and porridge. In addition to stroking your taste buds, you will be able to watch how the chefs process the meat.
Carnival donuts will also be available at the stand. From 13:00 to 16:00 the folk group Sirka Cuvée Ensemble will come to play and sing. Children will be entertained by the clown from 11:30 a.m.
The Castle Winery will also be open for you, where you can taste delicious castle wines.
Traditional carnival celebrations are also associated with masks. A pleasant reward awaits everyone who comes in a mask.
