The Pezinok Winegrowers and Winemakers Association is organizing the Wine and Lavender event on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the location below Stará hora in Pezinok. Wine and nature lovers will have the opportunity to visit the unique environment of the picturesque wine-growing location.
The area of the stone houses under Stará hora in Pezinok is an ideal place for tasting wine in its natural environment. Local winemakers will present their production.
Visitors will complete the wine tasting with a tour of the unique, variegated vineyard of the Vladimír Píš family. The vineyard is planted on the stone terraces of Stara hora. It combines vines with a diverse composition of native and Mediterranean flora, especially lavender planting.
In addition to good wine, the organizers will provide guests with a small selection of gastronomy. A glass with a wine tasting bag for €5 will be available for purchase at basic access points. Tickets cannot be purchased online. Visitors pay the individual winemakers directly for the wine tasting itself.
We believe that the weather will be merciful, nevertheless we recommend a universal sunshade/umbrella to everyone.
