Bratislava self-governing region invites all lovers of nature, music and good food to a unique event Picnic in the parkwhich will take place on Saturday May 10, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in a beautiful environment Castle Park in Pezinok.
This afternoon will be filled with relaxation, entertainment, artistic performances and authentic flavors of our region. The event is part of supporting local producers and presenting cultural heritage. Bratislava region of experiences.
The event promotes community values and neighborly gatherings. In today's busy world, such time spent with neighbors, family, and friends is irreplaceable - it is a time to share stories, build trust, and strengthen a sense of belonging. The Mayor of Pezinok, Roman Mács, will also attend the picnic in the park, welcoming visitors to the event.
Artistic program to the tune of Eugen Suchoň
The program refers to the musical traditions of the region and will be inspired by the work of composer Eugen Suchoň, a native of Pezinok. Visitors can look forward to performances by:
- Lydia Cibulova – piano,
- Marian Mraz – saxophone,
- Marco Rajt – violin,
- and other talented performers.
A theatrical performance is prepared for the little ones ENTERTAINMENT, as well as student performances Primary School Pezinok.
Regional flavors and a relaxed atmosphere
The picnic will include: regional specialties from local producers, which visitors can enjoy directly in nature. There will be picnic baskets for rent (with a deposit of €20), but we also recommend bringing own blanket and find a comfortable place under the trees.
There will also be an entertaining accompanying program: board and park games, a music workshop and a presentation of the destination. Bratislava Region Travel.
