We invite you to the Lesser Carpathian region during the Night of Museums and Galleries on Saturday, May 13. Institutions involved in the project traditionally share a single entrance fee (€5/person), which you only need to pay at the first museum/gallery you visit.
SNM-Museum Červený Kamen, open from 19:00 to 22:00 (entries every 30 minutes)
-opening of the exhibition Behind the portrait
- interpretation by historian Harald Skala focused on portraits of hussars from the museum's collection
-newly accessible premises of the castle press, dedicated to the topic of winemaking on Červený Kameni, and also the premises of the northern bastion, presenting the defense system of the castle in a new guise
Small Carpathian Museum in Pezinok, open from 14:00 to 20:00
- a tour of the museum's exhibits - The Story of Wine, The History of Viticulture and Winemaking in the Lesser Carpathians, Klara's Press - a true story about tears, happiness and wine
-interactive program "House and vineyard in it!" and "Mythical world of ancient Greece"
SNM-Museum Ľ. Stura in Blue, open from 10:00 to 22:00
-exhibitions made available: Ľudovít Štúr and modern Slovakia, Memorial Room Ľ. Stura
-exhibition opened: Metamorphoses of Slovak and Czech women in modern history
-15:00 – 18:00 there will be demonstrations of embroidering blue patterns and quilting "Blue shirts as embroidered and guests"
Museum of Slovak Ceramic Sculpture, Ignác Bizmayer Gallery, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
