Royal Lajdinontka 2026 – competition for the best honey cream pie
The popular baking competition will take place on Saturday, May 23. It is intended for all non-professional confectioners who like to prepare sweet treats. Don't be afraid to test your skills in preparing the best honey cream. Bring your baked desserts to KD Kráľová on the day of the event between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. The number of pieces brought is set at 15 pieces. The taste, appearance and quality will be evaluated by a jury consisting of experts and baking enthusiasts. The competition will be evaluated on the main stage at 2:45 p.m. and the winner will receive the title of Kráľovská lajdinontka 2026 along with material prizes, a traveling apron and a hat that will suit everyone!

10.00 – 11.00 Kráľovská lajdinontka 2026 – a traditional baking competition for all housewives and bakers. This year the competition is in baking honey cream. Submit cakes in a minimum number of 15 pieces at the Modra – Kráľová cultural center.
14.00 – 16.00 Frkacúl School – women from the Kráľovan Community Center will teach you how to „squirt“ traditional Kráľovan pasta into a holiday soup. Sit at a common table and join in the work.
15.00 and 17.00 Guided tours of the "Green Forest" - a place of remembrance for the victims of the Holocaust. Ongoing exhibition "Evangelical Church in the Changes of Time" and the exhibition "War Memorials in Modra-Kráľová". The project is sponsored by the Civic Association Poľné ľalie and the local Evangelical church choir.
