"Fyzulnačka" - traditional event and competition in cooking bean soup. The task of the contestants is to cook the best "bean pot". Each team has its own secret recipe, with which it wants to impress not only the expert jury, but also the visitors of the event. Each team provides the expert jury with 1 portion of the "expert broom" bowl. The lay public also has the opportunity to evaluate, which decides on the best fizulnačka with their votes.
Venue: Town Hall Square, MR Štefánika Pezinok
Date of proceedings: Saturday 22.07. 2023 from 09:00-15:00, from 09:00 official opening and welcome of participants by event organizers and city management
Presentation of the teams: between 08:00-09:00
Cooking time: between 09:00 and 12:00
The beginning of the tasting and the collection of the cranberries for the expert jury: approx. at 12.00
Analysis of results: 2:30 p.m.
Ending the event: at 3:00 p.m.
