But is he willing to donate his kidney? Arnold hesitates and Katar\u00edna accepts that she will not get a new kidney. But their friend Gust\u00e1v is immediately ready to stand in for him and donate his kidney. This starts a real fight for this organ - both Gustav&#039;s wife Diana and Arnold start to feel uncomfortable. Arnold becomes jealous and Diana feels unappreciated as a wife and mother. And so not only the twenty-year marriage of Katar\u00edna and Arnold, but also the fifteen-year union of Diana and Gust\u00e1v will be in danger.
