For Michal Ba\u017eal\u00edk, winemaking is a combination of craft, culture, tradition and love for the land, which he probably inherited from his ancestors. He took over the old, deserted vineyards above the wine-growing town of Sv\u00e4t\u00fd Jur a few years ago from the cooperative, and works them together with his family and friends. He approaches the cultivation of grapes with humility, without chemicals and with care for himself and the environment. He makes wine in the cellars of an old Renaissance house, bakes bread in the yard and raises rams and sheep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Michal Ba\u017eal\u00edk's small winery includes accommodation in a treehouse in the unique DUBoDOM.
