The Small Carpathian region offers it’s own fantastic culinary and wine tasting experience. You can sample local gastronomic delights in almost every street. It is difficult to criticise the famous roast goose or traditional potato pastries, and do not forget to taste the region’s traditional wine varieties and visit the largest cellars on the Small Carpathian Wine Road at Červený Kameň Castle.
